How It Works

Proload is dividing into three main roles

- Admin >> who is managing all the options of the Application and creating new roles and users.

- Dispatcher >> This role creates loads of the vendors to take the goods from one place to another as requested. Create Work Order for the driver and assigns the loads to work order for its execution,

- Accounting >> This role manages the financials of the vendor Invoicing (Accounts Receivables) and Driver Payments (Bills, Accounts Payables). All the calculation is done by the application based on the rate fed in the system for the vendor or the Driver. However, Accounting role is to verify and make necessary changes if required, Create Invoices for Vendor or Bill for Driver to make necessary Accounting.
